In 2008 we opened our 100% nut free bakery in Winnipeg, Manitoba which allowed us to meet the demand of our local customers while continuing to supply our out of town clientele.
Our company is dedicated to taking all precautions when bringing any items (flour, eggs, sugar, etc.) into our kitchen. We have allergen reports on absolutely everything! We make positively sure none of our ingredients come into contact with peanuts or nuts of any kind.
We do not use preservatives or additives in any of our products and use organic produce whenever possible.
