Our Products
All cookies are baked fresh to order to ensure the highest quality and freshness. Please allow 5 days for us to bake, decorate, and package your order before it is shipped.
We take great care in packaging our baked goods to ensure they arrive in perfect condition. All products will be heat sealed for freshness and packed with care to prevent breakage. Please be available to receive your package on the estimated delivery date to avoid any spoilage.
Shipping Timelines
Shipping estimates provided at checkout include both the production time and the estimated delivery time from Canada Post. For example, if you select a shipping option that indicates 6-7 business days, this period starts after the 5 days required for production. Please note that delivery times may vary based on your location and any unforeseen delays with Canada Post. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your order on the Canada Post website.
Shipping Rates + Methods
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the weight and dimensions of your order as well as the destination. To ensure your order arrives as fresh as possible, we offer only the fastest shipping options available via Canada Post.

- Xpresspost Shipping: Typically 1-2 business days after production time.
- Expedited Shipping: Typically 3-7 business days after production time.
Order Changes + Cancellations
If you need to modify or cancel your order, please contact us within 24 hours of placing the order and we will do our best to accommodate your request. Requests made after 24 hours may not be possible due to our production schedule.
Returns + Refunds
Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not accept returns. If there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery, and we will do our best to resolve the problem.
Please note that we are not responsible for delays caused by Canada Post, weather conditions, or any other unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.
The customer is responsible to ensure shipping addresses are entered correctly. We are not responsible for delays or lost packages due to incorrect or incomplete addresses. Please note that we do not ship to P.O. boxes.
