Save the Date Deposit
Booking a Save the Date deposit will reserve your date and create a $250 online credit associated with your email address. This credit will never expire and can be used toward your wedding booking (or for anything on our website). Save the Date deposit is not mandatory, but is strongly encouraged for those interested in a Stylist Package (delivery, setup, and styling of desserts).

Rentals
Doughnut Walls rentals must be booked through our wedding and event coordinator. Doughnut Wall rentals must be returned in original condition to Sweet Impressions Bakery within 48 hours of the event. A damage deposit of $200 per rental will be held until rentals are returned. Rentals that are returned late or damaged will be subject to applicable fees. 

Payment Details
You will be responsible for placing your wedding dessert order through our website and completing payment by credit card.  Orders can be finalized up to 3 months in advance, and must be finalized minimum 2 weeks in advance. 

Cancellations and Postponements
Wedding orders can be cancelled or moved to a different date with a minimum of 4 weeks notice. Save the Date deposit of $250 is non-refundable but will remain as a credit in your online account. This credit will never expire and can be used to purchase anything from the Sweet Impressions website.

Pick Up Orders
If you would like to pick up your own desserts, you assume all liability for the integrity of the desserts once they are in your possession. Pick up orders will be prepared for transport by Sweet Impressions staff. Vehicles with fold-down seats are recommended to ensure a climate controlled environment. Cakes, and cupcakes should be placed on a flat surface (floor or trunk, not car seat or lap) and stabilized to ensure they do not slide or tip during transport. Order pick up is available from 10am- close. Select Pick up at 1817 Corydon Ave at checkout.

Delivery Options
1) Winnipeg Delivery includes drop-off to a home or event venue within Winnipeg city limits. Drop-off window is 10am-3pm and does not include a specific time or dessert set-up. Select Winnipeg Delivery at checkout (cost $15). 

2) Stylist Package includes venue coordination, delivery within Winnipeg city limits, set-up, display boxes with ribbon, and styling; and will be completed by Sweet Impressions stylists within the time frame arranged with the venue. Select Stylist Package at checkout (cost $250).  

3) Delivery Outside Winnipeg (up to 100 km outside the perimeter) must be booked through our wedding coordinator. Please email weddings@sweetimpressions.ca to confirm availability before placing an order. This option includes a Stylist Package plus an additional charge of $3 / km. 

Disclaimer
You are responsible for arranging with the venue to provide: an appropriately sized, sturdy, flat, and level display surface capable of supporting the weight of the desserts without wobbling, leaning, or collapsing. The dessert table is to be in position without having to be moved and is to include clean, pressed linens before the agreed upon delivery time. The environment, whether indoors or outdoors, should be temperature controlled at 20-22°C from the time the desserts are delivered until the time they are served. The dessert table should be placed away from all heat sources and / or sunlight, whether direct or through an opening such as a window or door. Sweet Impressions will not be held liable for issues outside their control, including but not limited to, vehicle accidents, fire, weather, power outages; or for any damage to the cake or desserts, caused by persons outside of their own staff, or as a result of temperature, humidity, weather conditions, etc.
