PRE-ORDER TIMELINES

At Sweet Impressions, we are dedicated to creating high-quality, custom-made baked goods that make every celebration special. We have set pre-order timelines for each of our products so that we can keep up with demand and ensure that each order is given the care it deserves. For those looking for last minute desserts, we offer a wide variety of cookies, cupcakes, and cakes at our café at 1817 Corydon Ave or we are on Skip the Dishes.

 

ORDER CHANGES + CANCELLATIONS

We understand that things come up and plans change and we will always do our best to accommodate customer requests. Below is our cancellation policy, designed to support both our customers and our team who work hard to make every order special. Please contact us at 204-237-0743 during business hours to change or cancel an order. Within the time frames listed, an order can be changed or cancelled for a full refund or store credit. With less notice, we will be unable to change or cancel an order or issue a refund or store credit.

PICKUP + WINNIPEG DELIVERY

All orders can be picked up at our café at 1817 Corydon Ave or delivered within Winnipeg city limits ($15 charge). Pick up orders will be ready at 10am on the date selected and can be picked up anytime during business hours. Deliveries will be made between 10am-3pm on the date selected. We will always do our best to accommodate specific delivery time requests, however we are not able to guarantee. Due to our allergy safety requirements, and the perishable nature of baked goods, once our products leave the bakery, they may not be returned or exchanged. CANADA-WIDE SHIPPING

We are delighted to offer Canada-wide shipping via Canada Post. Look for the “Shippable Product” icon to bring our delicious cookies and gift boxes straight to your door. Please review our shipping policy below for important information regarding your order.

Our Products
All orders are baked fresh to order to ensure the highest quality and freshness. Please allow 5 days for us to prepare your order before it is shipped. All products will be sealed for freshness and packed with care to ensure they arrive in perfect condition. Please be available to receive your package on the estimated delivery date to avoid any spoilage.

Shipping Timelines
Shipping estimates provided at checkout include both the production time and the estimated delivery time from Canada Post. For example, if you select a shipping option that indicates 6-7 business days, this period includes the 5 days required for production plus 1-2 business days for shipping. Please note that delivery times may vary based on your location and any unforeseen delays with Canada Post. Sweet Impressions is not responsible for delivery delays for any reason. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your order on the Canada Post website.

Shipping Rates + Methods
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the weight and dimensions of your order as well as the destination. To ensure your order arrives as fresh as possible, we offer only the fastest shipping options available via Canada Post. Bulk shipping rates are available for orders of 500+ cookies. Xpresspost Shipping: Typically 1-2 business days after production time
Expedited Shipping: Typically 3-7 business days after production time

Order Changes + Cancellations
If you need to modify or cancel your order, please contact us within 24 hours of placing the order and we will do our best to accommodate your request. Requests made after 24 hours may not be possible due to our production schedule.

Returns + Refunds
Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not accept returns. If there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery, and we will do our best to resolve the problem. Please note that we are not responsible for delays caused by Canada Post, weather conditions, or any other unforeseen circumstances beyond our control. The customer is responsible to ensure shipping addresses are entered correctly. We are not responsible for delays or lost packages due to incorrect or incomplete addresses. Please note that we do not ship to P.O. boxes.
